Everything you need to know about the spot valuation camp attendance certificate
It is an official document confirming that an employee attended and served at a spot valuation camp during a specified duty period. It records the employee, designation, working college, camp venue, duty dates, and appointed role — and is required for claiming duty allowances and maintaining official records.
The regular attendance certificate is for examination duty at an examination centre college, where you enter an examination college code. This spot valuation version instead lets you select a designated spot valuation camp venue (Camp No. 13 to 36) from a dropdown, as valuation is performed at centralised camps rather than at individual colleges.
Any teaching or non-teaching staff member deputed to a spot valuation camp — including Junior Lecturers, PGTs, Principals, Librarians, Physical Directors, and staff appointed as Examiner, Chief Examiner, Assistant Examiner, Scrutinizer, Invigilator, ACO, Departmental Officer, or Custodian.
The camp venue dropdown lists all official spot valuation centres across Telangana districts (Camp No. 13 to 36) — including Adilabad, Sangareddy, Secunderabad, Nizamabad, Mahabubnagar, Karimnagar, Khammam, Hanamkonda, Nalgonda, Hyderabad, Siddipet, Mancherial, Nirmal, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Jagityal, Medak, and Warangal. Select the exact camp where duty was performed.
The Subject field appears automatically when the selected designation is Junior Lecturer, Partime Junior Lecturer, MTS Junior Lecturer, Guest Junior Lecturer, Contract Junior Lecturer, or PGT. For other designations it is hidden as it is not applicable.
Selecting Other reveals a free-text Custom Designation field where you can type any designation not listed in the standard dropdown. The text is automatically converted to uppercase to match official document formatting.
Type the Working College Code — after 4 characters an autocomplete list of matching colleges appears. When you leave (blur) the field, the code is validated against the college database and the matched college name is shown in green, or an error in red if not found.
The available roles are: Examiner, Chief Superintendent, Departmental Officer, Assistant Examiner, Practical Examiner, Chief Examiner, ACO-I, ACO, Scrutinizer, Invigilator, Custodian I, and Custodian II. Select the role that matches the official deputation order for the camp duty.
