Everything you need to know about the Spot Valuation Camp joining report
A Spot Valuation Camp is a centralised camp where examiners and officers gather at a designated venue to evaluate examination answer scripts on the spot within a fixed period. This form generates the joining report and relieving order that record an employee's deputation to such a camp.
It generates the official joining report and relieving order for a Spot Valuation Camp assignment. The record captures the employee's home college, present cadre, the camp venue and designation, and the three key dates — joining in present cadre, relieved from college, and joining in camp.
The venue dropdown lists all official spot valuation centres across Telangana districts (Camp No. 13 to 36) — including Adilabad, Sangareddy, Secunderabad, Nizamabad, Mahabubnagar, Karimnagar, Khammam, Hanamkonda, Nalgonda, Hyderabad, Siddipet, Mancherial, Nirmal, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Jagityal, Medak, and Warangal. Select the exact camp you are deputed to.
The available camp designations are: Camp Officer, Assistant Camp Officer, Subject Expert, Examiner, Chief Examiner, Assistant Examiner, Chief Coding Officer, Assistant Coding Officer, and Scrutinizer. Select the exact role assigned to you at the valuation camp.
The Subject field appears automatically when the Present Cadre is a lecturer-type post — Junior Lecturer, MTS Junior Lecturer, Contract Junior Lecturer, Part time Junior Lecturer, Guest Junior Lecturer, or PGT. It stays hidden for Principal, Librarian, and Physical Director as it is not applicable.
The three dates are: Date of Joining in Present Cadre (when the employee joined their current post), Relieved Date from College (when they left their home college for the camp), and Date of Joining in Camp (when they reported at the valuation camp).
The joining date in camp must be on or after the relieved date from college.
Type the Working College Code in the code field — after 3 characters an autocomplete list of matching colleges appears. When you leave (blur) the field, the code is validated and the matched college name is shown in green, or an error in red if the code is not found in the database.
The Examiner No. is required for examiner and valuation roles that are allotted a specific examiner code for the camp. If your assignment does not carry an examiner number, the field can be left blank. Enter it exactly as allotted in your camp order.
